Step-lite
The new Steplite from Labcraft uses the latest in LED technology, offering optimum performance and extended life, increasing productivity, reducing vehicle downtime and creating a safer working environment. The Steplite trim is available in a choice of grey or white with a further choice of fully or half open surround. This stylish, low profile product has been designed with only 2 fixing points making it quick & easy to install. The standard unit has an IP50 rating, and an IP66 option is available for exterior applications.

Astro PIR
Offering a choice of light output and lengths to a wide variety of applications and budgets, the Astro PIR lamp from Labcraft incorporates the Orizon LED strip light, which uses the latest LED technology, offering optimum performance and extended life. The unit is available with 12, 24, 48 and 96 LEDs. The Astro PIR is simply fixed into place by the end caps, making it suitable for both new vehicle specifications and retrofitting into existing vehicles. The PCB driver, components and LEDs are completely encased within a polycarbonate extrusion, which protects against moisture ingress.

Why should I choose PIR-activated lighting from us?
The electronics used with the PIR sensor/switch have been designed to detect the movement of body heat to activate the sensor. Once the sensor has been triggered, the unit will switch on for the specified time before automatically switching off, preventing any unnecessary load, thereby extending battery life. If continuous movement is detected then the lights in the vehicle will remain on. This not only saves on battery power but there are also cost savings to be made on installation as a separate switching device is not required.
